turning point
Turning Point is a brand-new feature to FFVIII-2, to accompany the new storyline. When the story reaches defining points, where the characters could take differing decisions as to what to do next, members will be asked what choices they would like to make. Typically, a poll will be held once there are sufficient suggestions to decide the outcome.
On the forums, members and staff will be able to give suggestions to advance the story. After a set time period, suggestions will close and details will be uploaded on to this section of the website. After another set period of time, a decision will have been reached via an open poll and the main story will continue. During the Turning Point periods, the main storyline will not come to a complete standstill, but it will slow down. We aim for the Turning Points to take place during holidays for the sake of ease and flow.
